2007 Client Application Information and Development Directory The C-AID was developed to assist the Tribal governments and Native American Organizations to identify information and development resources that support infrastructure development and capacity building for resources and programs that safeguard the health and well-being of people and are essential to a thriving and self-sufficient community. To help the user of the Alaska Resource Manual, each program listed in the Table of Contents has a Reference Code associated with it. This code indicates which kind of organization the program is targeted at and if the program offers funding.
