To be considered for funding, proposals must be received by ANA before 4:30 p.m. Eastern time on the closing date. Applications received after 4:30 p.m. will be classified as late and will not be considered in the current competition.

Applicants that are submitting their proposals in paper format should submit three (3); one original and two copies of the complete application. The original and each of the two copies must include all required forms, certifications, assurances, and appendices, be signed by an authorized representative, and be unbound. The original copy of the proposal must have original signature(s).

Proposals submitted electronically via Grants.gov must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, on the closing date. (Start sending application at least two days before the due date)

ACF/ANA cannot accommodate transmission of grant proposals by fax or email.
